The Public Inquiry into LUL’s Bank Station Capacity Upgrade TWAO opened and closed within three weeks.   No objectors attended to present evidence which is a first for a TfL TWAO project.  Ardent is instructed as Case Managers to carry out landowner engagement and objection management.  Managing the LUL interface with objectors, Ardent reached a number of agreements with objectors before the Public Inquiry opened.  Ardent has been retained to continue to carry out landowner engagement.
